Back pain Kenya method is geared towards helping people understand the underlying cause and freeing them of back and joint pain. We teach you how to alleviate your own back and body pains by using your awareness and everyday positions and movements. Getting you back to living the awake, embodied, and pain-free life that you were born to live. This Method is a system of healthy posture and movement to help restore your structural integrity, so you can live an active and pain-free life. You will learn how to comfortably alter the way you stand, sit, and move, to heal from pain and return to a posture that builds strength and resilience, and minimizes compression, tension, and degeneration. It uses gentle hands-on instruction, reinforced by theory, to return you to your primal posture. Effects are often immediate and last a lifetime.
Our concept is based on the work of Noelle Perez, who founded the Aplomb Institute in Paris. Noelle devoted her life to understanding and addressing the root causes of pain by study posture and movement in populations with a low incidence of back pain. In her travels around the world, she observed that when you stand, bend, sit, and walk as these people do, your pain will be significantly reduced or be eliminated.
The modern lifestyle has revolutionized the way we utilize our bodies, which were not evolved for extended periods of sitting at desks, fixating on screens, or enduring prolonged hours in a seated position.
Whilst our bodies cannot articulate their needs through words, they communicate through signals akin to those of a baby. These signals manifest as pain.
The initial step is to revert to the fundamentals and embark on a journey to restore the inherent movements we were born with. This can be accomplished by cultivating a daily habit beginning with just 10 minutes each day, and then gradually increasing the duration until it becomes as instinctive as brushing your teeth.
Before you bring up your age and contend that immobility is an inevitable part of aging, please take a stroll through the parks in China where you will see ‘elderly individuals’ free from pain and moving as gracefully as they did many years back.
If they can achieve it, there is no reason why you can’t too. I’ve had the privilege of helping people worldwide to transform their lives and reclaiming their true mobility.

We specialize in helping people who remain in pain after having tried other therapeutic approaches. They did not receive the advice they needed to remove the barriers to recovery. They stay in pain unnecessarily. Some receive pain-numbing medication that does not stop the cause of pain. Some are told that they must learn to live with the pain, rather than being shown why they have pain together with a roadmap of the steps to reduce it. They have not seen a back pain expert!
The key to success is to understand the pain mechanism, and address the mechanism. People have failed previous approaches for a variety of reasons: They were given inappropriate exercises, or there were barriers to relief that were not understood and addressed.
